A. For non-residential subdivisions, no improvements will be required at the time of summary process approval. Improvements shall be constructed at the time of building construction by the owner of the tract at that time. When the plans are submitted for a building permit, they will be reviewed in accordance with the "non-residential development checklist." The owner shall have the improvements constructed and shall submit the other items necessary to comply with that checklist as a condition of receiving the building permit and approval for final occupancy.
