16.05.010   Street or sidewalk improvements defined.
   "Street or sidewalk improvements" means and includes any installation of curbs, pavement, sidewalks, drainage, utilities, signs, lights and any other such improvements which meet the approval of the planning and zoning commission and conform to standards and specifications prescribed by the city commission. (Ord. 447 (part), 2003)
