2.44.140   Fire alarms.
   Suitable alarm systems, arrangements or equipment shall be provided for use in turning in an alarm, and for alerting department members to report to duty stations. It is unlawful for any person to maliciously turn in, or cause to be turned in, a false alarm. (Ord. 326 (part), 1984: prior code § 4-2-10)
