The regulations contained in the National Electrical Code, 1956 Edition, as the same are now or may be amended, is adopted by reference and is declared to be a part of this chapter when not in conflict with a specific statement contained in the body of this chapter to the contrary. Copies of such regulations shall be kept on file in the office of the city manager. (Prior code § 16-1-2)
