13.08.210   Damaging public sewers prohibited.
   No person shall maliciously, wilfully or negligently break, damage or destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is a part of the city sanitary sewer system. (Prior code § 4-3-42)
