12.04.140   Duty of city employees to report defects.
   It shall be the duty of every city officer and employee becoming cognizant of any defect in any street, alley or sidewalk or any obstruction thereof, to report the same to the street supervisor as soon as possible. (Prior code § 4-4-28)
