8.30.500 Cleanup and disposal of losses.

An operator shall clean up and dispose of, in a manner consistent with this chapter and all applicable state and federal laws and regulations, losses of oil, gas or brine from wells, flow lines, and associated surface facilities. (Ord. 449 (part), 2003)
