The last ordinance included in this code was Ordinance No. 363, passed October 8, 1991. Ordinance No. 364 and No. 365 where passed subsequent to Ordinance No. 363, but prior to adoption of this code, and are adopted by, and made a part of this code. All ordinances of a general and permanent nature in effect prior to Ordinance 363 but not contained the "Lovington Municipal Code" are repealed from the effective date of the "Lovington Municipal Code."
