The city attorney shall be a member of the bar of this state, in good standing for at least two years and shall possess extensive training in the area of municipal law. He shall not be removed except for just cause relating to malfeasance in office, neglect of his duties or his failure to carry out the desires of the governing body. (Ord. 444 (part), 2002)
