8.30.260   Attorney's fee.
   The issuance of a permit pursuant to Section 8.30.070 constitutes a contract between the city and the permittee that the permittee shall be liable and must pay the reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred by the city in a successful enforcement of the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 415 Exh. A (part), 1998)
