8.30.100   Modification of drilling program.
   If, after a permit has been issued as provided in Section 8.30.060 and drilling operations have commenced, the operator finds it necessary to either perform remedial work, pull or alter casing, alter cement program, etc., the permittee shall fde with the oil and gas inspector a duplicate copy of the Form C-103 report filed with the New Mexico Oil Conservation Commission.
