8.30.090   Hearing required in all permit refusals— Suspensions or revocations.
   No application, permit or certificate shall be refused, revoked or suspended without due cause having been shown for such refusal, revocation or suspension, and in no event until such notice of such hearing to be held at any regular meeting of the city council. (Ord. 415 Exh. A (part), 1998)
