It is unlawful for any person, the owner or custodian of a dog which has bitten a person, to remove such dog from the city prior to the termination of the period of two weeks after such dog has bitten a person. It is unlawful for any person to conceal the whereabouts of a dog which has bitten a person from the officers of the city authorized to take such dog into custody as provided in this chapter.
