5.56.070   License-Issuance.
   The city clerk shall issue to any applicant a license authorizing him to sell and exhibit for sale his goods and merchandise if such applicant has fully complied with all of the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 314 Exh. A (part), 1982: prior code § 24-2-4)
