5.36.010   Applicability.
   A.   The provisions of this chapter shall apply to any person, firm or corporation presently engaged as a pawnbroker within the city.
   B.   The requirements of this chapter shall apply to any agent or employee of the person, firm or corporation engaged in the business of pawnbroker. (Prior code §§ 8-1-7, 8-1-8)
