A. Any person conducting any such sale or similar activity without being properly licensed therefor or who shall violate any of the other terms and regulations of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined not less then twenty-five dollars nor more than fifty dollars or imprisoned for a period not to exceed ten days for each violation.
B. Every article sold and every day a sale is conducted in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 351 (part), 1988: prior code §§ 24-3-19, 24-3-20)
