3.12.080   Dedication.
   Revenue from the municipal infrastructure gross receipts tax will be used for the purpose(s) listed below:
   A.   Municipal infrastructure improvements; and
   B.   Economic development plans and projects. (Ord. 496 § 4, 2010)
