2.92.350   Prescription or over-the-counter medications.
   An employee using prescription drugs or over-the-counter medications that could affect the employee's performance must inform his supervisor. A doctor's statement that the employee poses no safety risk while on medication may be required. (Ord. 435 § 6.12, 2001)
