2.92.310   Random drug testing.
   Random drug testing for alcohol and controlled substances applies to those employees who fill positions requiring a CDL and are subject to the federal Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. For more information on the DOT regulations contact the city manager. Any employee who is subject to random testing and who refuses to be randomly tested shall be dismissed. (Ord. 435 § 6.8,2001) '
