2.92.200 Reemployment.

For former city employees who resign after at least three years of satisfactory performance and who are rehired within three months of resignation, the employees' anniversary date shall be the original date the employee started employment and all leave shall be calculated accordingly. (Ord. 435 § 5.5,2001)
