2.92.110   Permission for transfer.
   No city employee or department head can deny another city employee, who has completed the probationary period and who is not the subject of disciplinary action, permission to apply for a job vacancy in any other city office or department for which the employee is qualified. (Ord. 435 § 4.3, 2001)
