1.04.070   Continuation of existing ordinances.
   The provisions appearing in this code, so far as they are the same as those of the 1971 Code and all ordinances adopted subsequent to the 1971 Code, and included in this code, shall be considered continuations thereof and not as new enactments. (Amended during 1992 codification; prior code § 1-1-7)
