2.92.030   Amendment of policy.
   There shall be no resolution or other action of the city commission or other city officials which is inconsistent with this chapter, except by amendment of this chapter as required by law. The city commission reserves the right to amend this chapter at its discretion. (Ord. 435 § 1.3,2001)
