507.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates Section 507.01 shall be taken into the custody of the police and turned over to the juvenile court to be dealt with in the manner provided by the laws of the State regarding juveniles.

(b) Whoever violates Section 507.02 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
