(a) Registration Fee. The initial registration fee pursuant to Section 913.05
shall be zero dollars ($0) with an annual registration fee of zero dollars ($0).
(b) Use Permit Fee. Any applicant for a use permit pursuant to Section 913.05
shall pay a fee of zero dollars ($0).
(c) Construction Permit Fee. Any applicant for a construction permit pursuant to Section 913.08
shall pay a fee of zero dollars ($0).
(d) Construction Oversight. The hourly rate for the cost of construction oversight pursuant to Section 913.08
(d)(2) shall be zero dollars ($0) per hour.
