(a) (a) Payout schedule for traffic, general offense, business regulation and street, utility and public service violations. The payout amounts listed are the amounts of money an individual would pay to the Clerk of Courts if an individual desires to payout a citation instead of appearing in court. The payout amounts set forth herein include a fine. All courts costs, including any costs mandated by the State of Ohio and City of Loveland, are added to the following:
(b) All other minor misdemeanor violations, and all unclassified misdemeanors which do not require a mandatory jail term under Ohio law, not listed above or minor misdemeanor violations with other fine amounts as described in the Loveland Municipal Code shall be subject to a payout of two hundred dollars ($200.00).
(c) In addition to the payout schedule changes, a fifty dollar ($50.00) warrant fee will be imposed if a warrant is issued by the City of Loveland's Mayor's Court for failure to appear in Mayor's Court or failure to pay fines levied by the Mayor's Court.
(d) A prisoner confined pursuant to Codified Ordinance Section 525.18(a) shall receive a credit for time served at the rate of fifty dollars ($50.00) per day or fraction of a day, or such other rate as set forth in the Ohio Revised Code.
