159.03 CALCULATING AND CHARGING ADMINISTRATIVE FEES IN EXCESS OF THE SET ADMINISTRATIVE FEES SET FORTH IN SECTION 159.02 .

   In the event that the set administrative fee established pursuant to Section 159.02 does not adequately recover administrative costs incurred by the City in abating or causing to be abated Property Maintenance Code violations, the City shall be entitled to charge additional sums as administrative fees to compensate the City for its actual time and expenses incurred in enforcing its Property Maintenance Code. Such additional administrative fees shall be established by ordinance of City Council.
