1. All signs located in this district shall be constructed of wood unless approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission, except sandwich board signs per Section 1173.13B4. 2. Each permitted use may erect and maintain one pole standing sign OR one ground mounted sign. Each structure containing multiple occupants shall have a maximum of one ground mounted sign OR one pole standing sign to be used by all occupants. 3. Wall signs shall not project more than 12 inches from the building wall and shall not extend above the wall or beyond the wall to which it is attached. One wall sign shall be permitted for each side of a building, whereby the tenant occupies the space adjoining the external wall. Wall Signs which are adjacent to a residential district or residential use and not a public right of way shall not be externally or internally illuminated. | ||||||||||||
