955.05 SOUND AMPLIFYING DEVICES.

The use of electrical sound amplifying devices shall be prohibited in all parks owned by the City, except Nisbet Park, between the hours of 8:30 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. unless a special event permit is granted by the City Manager.
