(a) Reservation of the picnic shelters and the stage area and amphitheater may be made through the City Manager's Office and will be on a first come, first served basis. A request to use the facility shall be in written form indicating the date, time and facility requested to be used. Anyone reserving facilities at Nisbet Park will be responsible for clean up of those facilities after their activity is completed. A request to use the facility shall be accompanied by a non-refundable fee in the amount indicated in subsection (b) hereof.

(b) Reservation of the picnic shelters, stage area and amphitheater shall be available at rates established and set forth in Codified Ordinance Chapter 111, Schedule of Fees, Fines and Other Charges.
