(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
(b) In addition to any penalty prescribed by subsection (a) hereof, any violation of Section 953.03(b) and (e) shall be considered a separate offense for each day the violation continues after notice is given by the City to the person, firm, or corporation in control of or responsible for the premises.
