Any person who is found to have violated an order of the City Manager, or who willfully or negligently failed to comply with any provision of this chapter, and/or the orders, rules, and regulations issued hereunder, shall be fined as established and set forth in Codified Ordinance Chapter 111, Schedule of Fees, Fines and Other Charges.
