929.01 CREATION; TITLE; CONFLICTS.

There is hereby created and enacted a chapter to regulate any sanitary sewer user in the disposal of industrial waste. The provisions of this chapter shall be rules and regulations in addition to those found in Chapter 927, Sewer Service. If there are conflicts between Chapter 927 and Chapter 929, the provisions of Chapter 929 shall prevail.
