The Utility shall perform, as needed, planning and management studies to address the City's storm water management needs. The planning and management studies may provide, or be accomplished by, maps or other descriptive material that may include, but is not limited to, the following:
(a) An inventory of the existing public storm water facilities including the extent and area of each watershed tributary to the main water courses in the City;
(b) The street storm sewers and other storm sewers to be built;
(c) The parts of the street where pavements are planned to be depressed sufficiently to convey or temporarily store runoff and overflow from storm sewers and the outlets for such temporary storage;
(d) Existing streams and floodplains to be maintained, enlarged, altered, and eliminated; and new channels to be constructed;
(e) Existing culverts and bridges, and new culverts and bridges to be built;
(f) Existing detention/retention ponds and basins to be maintained, enlarged, or altered; and new ponds or basins to be built;
(g) A tabulation of storage volumes, water surface elevations and outflow rates for detention and retention basins;
(h) A plan for future storm water facility development, including estimates of costs and a prioritization of projects.
