705.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.

Every person, firm, or corporation engaging in or intending to engage in any of the businesses or occupations listed and described in this title shall apply to the Safety Director for a license permitting him or it to engage in such business or occupation, and shall pay the fee hereinafter prescribed.
