The sale or distribution of alcoholic beverages on any municipally-owned or controlled real property is prohibited, except:
(a) Pursuant to Section 955.01.
(b) At officially-sponsored City events as defined by Section 731.05 with the permission of the City Manager.
(c) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor on the first conviction and of a misdemeanor in the first degree on the second subsequent conviction. (Ord. 2006-63. Passed 8-22-06.)
