1064.20 DISCHARGE OF STORM AND OTHER UNPOLLUTED WATERS.

Storm water and all other unpolluted drainage shall be discharged into storm sewers, where such are available, or into natural outlets approved by the Loudoun County Sanitation Authority. Industrial cooling water or unpolluted process waters may be discharged, upon approval of the Authority and the Director of the Department of Building and Development, into a storm sewer or natural outlet.
