1064.19 UNLAWFUL DISCHARGES INTO SANITARY SEWERS.

No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged any storm water, surface water, ground water, roof runoff, subsurface drainage, foundation drainage, cooling water or unpolluted industrial process waters into any sanitary sewer.
