882.01 ESTABLISHMENT; PURPOSE.

The Loudoun County Fire and Emergency Medical Services Tax District (“the District”) is hereby established pursuant to Virginia Code § 27-23.1 to provide funds for the acquisition, maintenance, and enhancement of fire and emergency medical services furnished within the County, in order to secure the safety and welfare of County residents and their property.
