Each application for going out of business sale permit shall be accompanied by an inventory list that provides the kind and quantity of all goods, wares and merchandise, including the inventory on order but not yet in stock, which are to be offered for sale during the going out of business sale. When applying for an extension of the original permit pursuant to section 839.06 of this Chapter, the inventory list shall contain only the goods, wares or merchandise listed in the initial inventory that remain unsold.
