839.06 TERM OF PERMIT; ADDITIONAL PERMIT.

Each permit shall be valid for a period no longer than sixty (60) days. Only one (1) additional permit beyond the initial 60-day permit may be granted solely for the purpose of liquidating those goods, wares and merchandise contained in the initial inventory list that remain unsold.
