839.05 ISSUANCE OF PERMIT.

The Commissioner of the Revenue, upon review and verification of the application and payment of the fee, shall issue the permit required by section 839.02 of this Chapter. If the retail business has more than one (1) location within Loudoun County, the Commissioner of the Revenue shall issue one permit per store location conducting the going out of business sale.
