An electrical power control switch shall be located at every transfer apparatus where electric power is used in connection with any such transfer apparatus pump for loading or unloading. In addition thereto, a control switch shall be located at a remote point. Both power control switches shall be conspicuously labeled with a legible sign indicating the location and function thereof.
