SEC. 57.5607.16.4.7. POWER LINES AND PORTABLE ELECTRIC CABLES.
 
   Power lines and portable electric cables to equipment shall be kept a safe distance away from explosive materials and loaded holes. Cables within 100 feet of any hole which is loaded or being loaded shall be de-energized.
