1.1. Small arms primers shall be separated from materials classified as combustible liquids, flammable liquids, flammable solids and oxidizing materials by a distance of 25 feet by a fire partition having a fire resistive rating of one hour. Small arms primers shall be separated from smokeless powder or other explosives by a minimum distance of 25 feet or by a one-hour fire resistive separation.
