Wherever fireworks, smokeless powder, small arms ammunition, or small arms primers are stored in quantities over the exempt amounts as listed in Table 57.105.6.17, warning placards designed and constructed as specified in NFPA 704 shall be conspicuously posted in the following locations:
1. At the entrance to any building where such materials are stored, and at such other locations as may be required by the Chief.
2. At the main entrance to any area outside a building where such materials are stored, or within such area, if no entrance is clearly defined.
3. At such locations as required by the Chief.
