SEC. 57.5601.11. FIRE PROTECTION PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS.
 
   Fire protection portable fire extinguishers shall be provided as required by Chapter 9 of this article wherever fireworks, smokeless powder, small arms ammunition or small arms primers are stored, manufactured, or handled.
