   At least 24 hours prior to conducting any fumigation, written notice shall be given to the Los Angeles Fire Department Metropolitan Fire Communications, of the date, place, and name of fumigator, extent or duration of fumigation, name of fumigant, and sealing method used, except that notification is not required where fumigation is to be done in approved chambers, nor in the case of tarpaulin fumigation of structures or trees.
