SEC. 57.2403.3.5.3. CLEANING SOLVENTS.
 
   The use of flammable solvents for cleaning operations is prohibited. Solvents for cleaning operations shall have flash points above 100°F. All cleaning operations inside the spray booth shall be conducted with the ventilation system in operation.
