SEC. 57.408.11.1. PENALTIES AND MINIMUM FINES.
 
   Violation of Section 57.408, including refusal to participate in a mandatory fire drill required by this section, shall be subject to penalties and minimum fines as prescribed in Section 57.110.4 and Table 57.110.4.
